I've been playing a bit in a fantasy Middle Eastern sim called Kingdom of Sand. It's not bad, especially now that I'm getting to know a few people.
I'd just like to note, though: people depicted as Bedouins going around nearly naked in an Arabian context is rather silly. In the actual Arabian desert, people wear long cotton robes because it's cooler. The robes trap a layer of cooler air by your skin. Go around near-naked in 120 degree heat and bad things will happen to you.
